Scherenschnitte is an old German craft of cutting paper with small scissors into intricate designs. Each ornament has two identical pieces, attached in the center, allowing them to be folded out into a three-dimensional ornament. Angel & dove designs are sewn in the center, and the snowflakes are glued. All have a black hanging string.

These ornaments are made with either a white or golden ivory parchment paper (see color samples below for current colors) and look lovely on a holiday tree or hanging in a doorway.
