Placing an Order
- Send me an e-mail or fax (see contact info above)
List clearly the item numbers & quantities. If you are interested in any custom pieces, give me as much information as possible
about what you are looking for (see below). I will let you know if I need any other information to complete your order. If you wish to be contacted
by some means other than how you contacted me, please be sure to let me know (ex. a different e-mail address, by phone, etc).
- Receive order confirmation
You will receive confirmation of the availability of the items ordered, prices, shipping charges & ship date. This will also include a customer number
if this is your first order, and substitution possibilities if a jewelry item is no longer available.
- Make payment
Once the order is confirmed, payment should be made. Payment options are:
- ProPay - All major Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Discover, AmEx)
- No sign-up required
- I will notify you via e-mail, then you submit your info on their secure site
- Please note - will show on your CC statement as "pay@lisa*gallagher.com" (without the * ).
- You could also contact me with your CC information (e-mail not recommended) and I can process it myself.
- PayPal - All major Credit Cards
- Sign-up required
- I am a verified member of PayPal

- For personal checks, shipment will be held 10 days after deposit for payment to clear

Once payment is received, you will be notified when the order will be shipped.
Custom Orders
If you are interested in a jewelry piece that has already been sold, or want something (jewelry or otherwise) not seen here, you may request a custom order.
For jewelry, currently most work is done in silver. If you are interested in a different metal, such as gold, copper or brass, be sure to mention that in your request.
You may not know exactly what you are looking for just yet, but the more detail you can provide to me, the more easily I can come up with a design. I will
work with whatever you can provide, though. This does not obligate you in any way to have a piece made. It is simply an easy way to tell me what you might be interested in.
If you are ordering other things, it is best to send any custom requests separately so they don't get held up.
Due to the nature of custom orders, a 50% deposit will be required before work can begin on an actual piece.
Gift Certificates
If you wish to purchase a gift certificate, please let me know. They are available in any amount, although the minimum is $10. It comes in its own envelope with a gold seal, which I put into a regular envelope for mailing. I can send
the certificate, unsealed, to you, or sealed, directly to the recipient. I will also include a small brochure showing the types of items available on my website. The certificates can be used towards the entire purchase, including tax and shipping.
Also, the amount doesn't have to be spent all at once, although I request that it not take more than two different purchases to use it, and that it be used within one year from purchase.
Other Gift Services
I offer free gift wrapping on any purchase over $75. For purchases less than that, gift wrapping is an additional $2.50. Wrapping consists of selected paper, bow, and enclosure. I don't have images of paper options
here at this time. If you are interested, let me know, and I will let you know what the papers are. I will of course have holiday-related papers as appropriate. I can always send a package to a gift recipient,
whether or not it's wrapped, while sending the receipt to you. If that is requested, I can also write a short "To/From" on the enclosure.
Delivery
- I ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If desired, UPS or FedEx are available for an additional charge.
- Shipping charge for most regular orders (most anything up to a pound total) is $5.50.
- Insurance is recommended for more expensive items, but available for all orders. I can let you know how much that adds on if you're interested.
$1.70 -- coverage up to $50
$2.15 -- coverage $50.01 - $100
$2.60 -- coverage $100.01 - $200
$4.60 -- coverage $200.01 - $300
$5.55 -- coverage $300.01 - $400
$6.50 -- coverage $400.01 - $500
- Shipments of large quantities or heavier items will be more, based on actual shipping costs. I will give a you quote when you place your order.
- Shipment will be made when payment is confirmed or when item is complete, whichever is later.
- For custom orders, please allow 3-5 weeks for item to be completed. A more specific timeframe will be given to you when the design is agreed upon.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction is very important to me!
- If a regular item is not what you wanted, it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within one week from receipt.
It must be in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, with no missing or broken pieces. I try to describe all of my pieces very thoroughly, please read this information carefully before purchasing, and feel free to ask any questions.
Custom made items may be subject to different return policies, depending on the nature of the item and the reason for return.
- If an item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, or a jewelry item proves to be defective after normal use, and it appears from our examination that it was not due to negligence on the part of the wearer, the item may be returned and the price refunded.
- In either of these cases, please send a request for return (preferably by e-mail) and instructions will be sent to you on how to properly return the item.
- All jewelry returns must be insured for the purchase price. Depending on the reason for the return, shipping charges may not be refundable.
- All of my items are made with quality construction, and are durable when used for their intended purpose and cared for as specified. I can not guarantee against mishap if something is not used for its normal intent or as described.
Privacy Policy
- No customer information is gathered by Designs by Lisa Gallagher without customer's consent
- We will not sell this information to anyone else, and it will only be used by us to process orders and reply to inquiries.
- If you pay by credit card into the ProPay on-line form, or using PayPal, we never see the information.
