The band on this ring is made of 6 pieces of hand-twisted fine silver wire, braided together as three pairs. The fine silver has a light silver color and resists tarnish well. The stone is a Paua Shell, set in a fine and sterling silver bezel. More twisted wire is wrapped around the ends of the band, on either side of the bezel. The shell's coloring is an opalescent mixture of bright turquoise and royal blue, with streaks of black running through. The band is slightly flexible due to how is is constructed, and comfortably conforms to the shape of your finger.
