In the photo just below is my booth setup (shown on a windy day outside) that has my newly created display. There are
5 plexi "cube" cases, each set on their own stand, as well as a 6th structure, more of a podium, for transacting sales.
In response to interest in how these things are really put together, the photos below show sort of "behind the scenes" view of them.
The stands fold up a bit to help with storage and transport. They are held closed with long bungee cords. Everything needed to set up the case (except the actual
jewelry & the little props I set the jewelry on) is tucked inside- the plexi pieces, the clips, the fabric skirt,
and the fabric-covered top.
This shows it from the back, all set up except for the skirt & the case. The base top is folded up & resting on the sides,
the sides are folded out, and the shelves are folded down. There is a separate top piece, covered in brown velvet, that sits on the base top. The case will sit on top, just around the outside of the little dowels in each corner.
This shows it in the same state, from the front. You can see the black velcro around the top that will hold the skirt on. One
major thing I still need to do with these is add handles for transport. They are a little heavy, especially with everything inside,
but mostly they are awkward to haul around, and they'd seem much lighter if there were handles.
This is a view of the back of the podium. This one comes apart for storage and transport, although I haven't really come up with a way to bundle it up like the other ones.
This shows the podium from the front. There is velcro on here, too, to hold a piece of fabric. The dark brown
on this one is painted (so I can write on it, and it doesn't get banged up on the bottom) as opposed to covered with fabric.
